Building Envelope Moisture Intrusion Testing and Installed Window Testing for Coastal Condominium

Recon Independent Assessments spent several days on-site conducting extensive testing to help determine the cause of multiple intrusion points along the Eastern elevation of the structure. A full report of testing results and observations was helpful in determining the correct remedial actions required to correct the water intrusion through the building envelope.

Recon Independent Assessments can help your team avoid moisture intrusion problems by providing field testing during the construction process. From mock-up testing to verification of installed products, Recon would like to be part of delivering a sustainable structure to the building owner. If you are an owner's rep that is looking for a consulting firm / testing agency to ensure your owner is getting a building that meets the design intent; contact us today for a proposal. We look forward to working with everyone, from the Architect to the Window Installers.
